Consumer complaints and ADR
Consumers should first send a request for remedy or complaint directly to EastProd s.r.o. Where statutory conditions are met, a consumer may contact an authorised alternative dispute resolution entity under Slovak and EU consumer law.
The former EU ODR platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025 and is therefore not linked as a dispute-resolution channel.
